  • Reviewing your own work and peer-reviewing submissions produced by colleagues, providing constructive feedback to improve quality.
  • Proofreading content for clarity, readability, grammar, spelling, punctuation, structure and presentation.
  • Coordinating the production of hard-copy submissions where required.
  • Maintaining and developing the knowledge management system, capturing reusable bid content, evidence and supporting information.
  • Reviewing feedback and lessons learned from successful and unsuccessful submissions to continually improve future bids.
  • Participating in internal post-submission reviews.
  • Using Dynamics 365 to maintain project and framework opportunity information in support of business development and governance.
  • Maintaining client portal information and controlling access details.
  • Managing client portals, including downloading tender documentation, uploading submissions and coordinating correspondence within required deadlines.

  • Educated to at least GCSE standard in English and Maths.
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience using Adobe and graphical software such as InDesign, Visio and Illustrator.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
