The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Technician to become an integral part of our close-knit team. This role offers the opportunity to:
- Work alongside the Associate Director and Drawing Office Manager
- Delegate tasks to junior technicians and ensure the quality of their work
- Mentor and develop junior technicians, enhancing their drawing, modelling, and construction process skills
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in building structures, with a strong focus on Reinforced Concrete detailing to British Standards or Eurocodes
- Proficiency in producing General Arrangement and Detail Drawings in Steel, Masonry, and Timber
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Excel; familiarity with BIM is highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- A passion and determination to progress, with genuine opportunity for progression to Associate/Director level available
