Position: Senior Site Manager, residential new build apartments, Barnstable
Salary: £60k-£65k plus package depending on experience
Role: Lead Senior Site Manager required for a brand new site due to start shortly working for a privately owned developer to deliver a new build RC frame apartment development. Reporting into a visiting Construction Director.
Individual: Candidate will have proven track record of delivering volume residential schemes from the ground to completion either for residential developers or main contractors. They will need to be client facing, able to do contract reviews and client reports. Candidate will also need valid CSCS Managers Card, SMSTS and first aid.
