Key Responsibilities:
- Perform responsive maintenance repairs in commercial properties
- Replace and repair fire doors
- Fix leaks and replace taps
- Repair ceilings
- Tiling, painting, and cladding
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant trade
- Gold CSCS card
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Clean driving licence or access to your own van
- Own tools
