I am working with a Devon based maintenance contractor to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join the team in Exeter. Your role will be to carry out responsive maintenance repairs within occupied properties.
Duties will include:
- Carpentry repairs
- Checking, repairing, replacing fire doors
- Adjusting windows and doors
- Repairing furniture
- Plumbing
- Painting
You will need:
- A qualification in carpentry
- To be multi skilled
- CSCS card – desirable
- Experience working within a similar role
- Clean driving licence
- Own tools
