They have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager to work on an interesting and challenging nuclear project in Portsmouth.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the management of Administrators & Document Controllers ensuring that they maintain, administer and deliver the key responsibilities of project administration & monthly costs reporting activities.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years as an Office Manager, ideally within a construction or civil engineering environment
- Have a working knowledge of construction admin & costs systems
- Excellent IT skills including; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Project
- Awareness of current HR policies and practices – GDPR etc.
